éclair and cream puff dough

500Cc water

125g butter

5g salt

7g sugar

250g flour

5 eggs

prep:

boil butter, water, salt and sugar until all mixed in. turn of gas and mix in all the flour and one egg at a time.

cook for 30min at 200c.

for cream puffs – cut in half and fill with cream

for eclairs – cut like hotdog bun, fill with cream, top with chocolate
