ingredients:
1kilo flour
50g yeast
100g butter
30g salt
20g sugar
500Cc milk
prep:
mix the butter and yeast ,then add everything else. mix until desired thickness. flour counter and roll out dough. stick on pan add the toppings.
cook at 230c for 15 min.
yields 3 pizzas
