ingredients:

8 egg yolks

150g sugar

60g oil

250g flour

5g baking powder

vanilla extract

8 egg whites

150g sugar

prep:

whip egg yolks and sugar in one bowl. in another whip egg whites and sugar. add oil to the first bowl. then add the flour, baking powder, vanilla i the second bowl. mix both bowls together. set batter into a cake pan.

bake at 180c for 40min

white chocolate mousse

ingredients:

50g water

9g gelatine

200Cc milk

25g cornflower

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

60g sugar

500g cream

180g white chocolate

30g butter

vanilla

prep:

mix gelatin and water in one bowl. in another bowl whisk the eggs and sugar. boil milk and cornflower then add the egg mixture. turn down heat and add the gelatin mixture. whip the cream and fold into mixture. milt the chocolate ,butter and vanilla, then mix in with the mixture.

coconut cookies

ingredients:

8 egg yolks

100g sugar

70g flour

70g oil

70g baking powder

6 egg whites

200g sugar

130g coconut

130g chocolate chips

prep:

mix in the yolks, sugar, flour, oil, baking powder. in another bowl whip egg whites and sugar then fold in coconut and chocolate chips. mix two of the bowls together. set cookies in pan using a spoon,

cook for 40min at 180c.

crepes

ingredients:

2 eggs

3/4 cups milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup flour

45g butter

vanilla

2 1/2tbls sugar

prep:

mix wet ingredients and then add the dry ones. let cool in fridge. set pan on stove and slowly add the batter to create a thin liar. flip once sides off crepe are brown. the crepes should come out lacy and thin. add toppings and your crepes are ready to eat.

banana cake

ingredients:

4-5 bananas

5 eggs

350g flour

300g butter

400g brown sugar

10g baking powder

vanilla

chocolate chips

prep:

mix in ingredients and add one banana at a time. set two loaf pans and slowly pore in the batter.

cook at 170c for 40min let cool and its ready to eat

Italian biscotti

ingredients:

350g flour

5g baking powder

2g baking soda

2 eggs

50g egg yolk

200g sugar

vanilla extract

20g espresso(vodka)

300g chocolate chips

prep:

whip eggs, egg yolks, sugar. add the rest of the ingredients and mix in mixer on slow speed. fold in chocolate chips. shape into logs and put in fridge.

bake for 30min at 180c. the cookies should come out light golden.

chocolate cookies

ingredients:

2 eggs

150g sugar

30g butter

220g chocolate

40g flour

tsp baking powder

120g chocolate chips

prep:

whip the eggs and sugar. in a double boiler melt chocolate and butter. in the egg bowl fold in flour backing powder chocolate chips. then add the chocolate mixture. shape cookies and place on pan.

cook for 15min at 180c.

explosion cookies

350g chocolate

50g butter

3 eggs

100g sugar

100g flour

120g ground almond

4g baking powder

prep:

first milt the chocolate and butter. in a separate bowl whip the eggs and sugar. slowly add the melted chocolate to the eggs. add the rest of the ingredients and mix till all combined. set on baking sheet to cool in the fridge for two hours. roll the dough into balls and bake for 12min at 190c.

chocolate chip cookies

ingredients:

150g brown sugar

150g white sugar

200g butter

2 eggs

275g chocolate chips

300g flour

3g baking powder

prep:

mix all ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips. set two pans and parchment paper, roll into even balls.

cook for 15min at 175c.

these cookies should come out soft and chocolatey.

brownies

130g chocolate

130g butter

170g sugar

3 eggs

70g flour

prep:

melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. add the sugar then whisk in eggs. then gradually whisk in the flour.

fill pan half way and bake for 30min at 160c.

the brownies should come out soft an chewy and very chocolatey.
