spiral cheese cake

ingredients:

120g chocolate

120g cream

200g white chocolate

100g cream

350g 5% white cheese

150g cream cheese

3 eggs

90g sugar

350g 5% white cheese

159g cream cheese

3eggs

90g sugar

20g cornflower

prep:

milt chocolate and cream in a double boiler. then milt the white chocolate and cream in another bowl. mix in a separate bowl white cheese, cream cheese, eggs and sugar. in another bowl mix white cheese, cream cheese, eggs, sugar and cornflower. in the first bowl of batter fold in the dark chocolate and in the second bowl fold in the white chocolate. line a cake pan with baking paper. fill the cake pan with the white batter half way, then add the dark chocolate batter to the pan then the white batter, dark batter, white batter and continue doing so until all the batter is finished. this way it creates a spiral in the cake.

bake the cheese cake for 15min at 250c.

lotus cookies

ingredients:

125g butter

100g brown sugar

2 egg yolks

150g flour

40g cornflower

4g baking powder

2g baking soda

prep:

mix the butter sugar and egg yolks until butter is all mixed in. add the rest of the ingredients. put the dough in the fridge tell hardens. flour baking paper and roll out dough to thin rectangle.

bake cookies at 150c for 15min then cut the cookies into strips.

tiramisu

ingredients:

6 egg yolks

80g sugar

5g gelatin

30Cc water

100g coffee

400g mascarpone

100g sweet cream

4 egg whites

60g sugar

lady fingers/biscotti

prep: whip egg whites and sugar in one bowl, in a second bowl mix the gelatin, water and coffee. mix with hand whisk mascarpone and sweet cream in a third bowl. whip in one more bowl egg whites and sugar. slowly add coffee mix to whipped egg yolks(add instant coffee for more flavor). slowly add the mascarpone to the mix using a spatula. then add the whipped egg whites to mix. dip biscotti in coffee. line bottom of deep square pan with biscotti then fill half way with mix. then one more layer of biscotti and top with mixture until pan is full.

butterscotch

ingredients:

3 1/2 liters of milk

1kg sugar

1/2tbls baking soda

butter

prep:

mix sugar and milk on stove until boiling. remove from gas and add the baking soda. return to gas on low heat and add butter and stir until all mixed in(butter effects 10% of the flow). and its ready.

cheese cake

ingredients:

1 kilo 5% cheese

150g sugar

6 egg yolks

50g flour

50g cornflower

vanilla extract

200g sour cream

100g milk

6 egg whites

150g sugar

100g butter or coffee

gram crackers

prep:

mix the cheese and sugar first. then add the egg yolks, flour, cornflower and vanilla one at a time. then add the sour cream and milk. whip the sugar and egg whites, then fold into mixture. crush the gram crackers and add the butter(milted). spread the cookie flat in a round cake pan. then slowly pore in the cheese mixture.

cook at 150c for 1hour.

quiche dough

ingredients:

200g butter

400g flour

60Cc water

10g salt

prep:

mix ingredients. put the dough in the fridge for 30min. flour counter before rolling dough. roll the dough and roll into pie pan. fill the quiche and set in fridge for another 30min.

cook at 180c for 30min.

puff pastries

ingredients:

1.2kg flour

20g salt

100g oil

600Cc water

300g butter/margarine

prep:

fold the ingredients together except butter . flour counter and set the ball of dough on it( you wanna keep the counter floured). roll out the dough to 4 corners. place butter in the center and fold in the corners and pound out with rolling pin. roll the dough in one direction then fold in three lairs. let rest for a few minutes. pound with the rolling pin again into a symmetrical rectangle and fold into 4 lairs. wait 10min before rolling. fold again into 3 and let rest. pound roll fold to 4. roll out into rectangle and roll into ball gently.

bake at 220c then lower heat to 180c once dough starts rising. bake for 20min.

lemon pie filling

ingredients:

130Cc water

200g lemon juice

10g gelatin

3 egg yolks

25g cornflower

30Cc water

3 egg whites

80g sugar

prep:

boil water and lemon juice, then add the gelatin. add egg yolks, cornflower, and water to the mixture whilst still hot. whip the egg whites and sugar, and add them to the lemon mixture.

now you have lemon pie filling for your pie 🙂

chocolate pecan cookies

ingredients:

100g chocolate

125g butter

90g brown sugar

1 egg

125g flour

5g baking powder

50g pecans

prep:

melt chocolate and butter, then add the wet ingredients and mix them in. add the dry ingredients. roll cookie dough and set in fridge. roll the dough into balls and set on pan.

bake at 180c for 15min.

chocolate cake

ingredients:

70g water

100g butter

100g oil

100g sugar

60g cocoa

80g chocolate

8 eggs

150g sugar

180g flour

6g baking powder

prep:

boil the water, butter, oil and sugar. remove from heat and add the cocoa, chocolate, eggs and the rest of the sugar. fold in flour and baking powder. set the batter in a cake pan.

bake at 180c for 40min to an hour.
