crepes

ingredients:

2 eggs

3/4 cups milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup flour

45g butter

vanilla

2 1/2tbls sugar

prep:

mix wet ingredients and then add the dry ones. let cool in fridge. set pan on stove and slowly add the batter to create a thin liar. flip once sides off crepe are brown. the crepes should come out lacy and thin. add toppings and your crepes are ready to eat.
