Italian biscotti

ingredients:

350g flour

5g baking powder

2g baking soda

2 eggs

50g egg yolk

200g sugar

vanilla extract

20g espresso(vodka)

300g chocolate chips

prep:

whip eggs, egg yolks, sugar. add the rest of the ingredients and mix in mixer on slow speed. fold in chocolate chips. shape into logs and put in fridge.

bake for 30min at 180c. the cookies should come out light golden.
