350g chocolate
50g butter
3 eggs
100g sugar
100g flour
120g ground almond
4g baking powder
prep:
first milt the chocolate and butter. in a separate bowl whip the eggs and sugar. slowly add the melted chocolate to the eggs. add the rest of the ingredients and mix till all combined. set on baking sheet to cool in the fridge for two hours. roll the dough into balls and bake for 12min at 190c.
